Short after the Autotube acquisition of HordaGruppen a co-operation started for the development of a new Mud Guard Bracket. The customer, one of the leading Truck Manufacturers in Europe, was looking for a supplier with know-how and manufacturing capabilities in both metallic and polymer materials, which was perfect for the new organisation Autotube – HordaGruppen.

Also our facilities for long time and vibration testing were of great value to the customer, leading to a new product with improved. durability. Although a tight time frame all customer requirements have been fulfilled and serial production is due to start in November.

To have sufficient capacity for the production of the Rubber Vibration Isolator HordaGruppen have invested in a new injection moulding machine with robot equipment. The key-words in choosing the new machine and designing the mould have been “Full Automation and Flashless Production”.
