Personnel & Environment.

I grew up in Helsingborg and took my degree at Lunds universitet in human behaviour with focus on human resource management. I started my career as a personnel administrator at the county administration of Kronobergs län.
Then I spent a few years working as a secretary in human resources in the municipalities of Hultsfred and Växjö. After about a year in Växjö, I started working at the central municipality administration as a staff developer and negotiator.

I have most of my experience in the fields of rehab, competence development, recruitment, negotiations and other personnel related areas. The post at Hordagruppen gives me the opportunity to work all-embracing with human resource matters.

Three years ago, my husband and I bought a 150 year old farm house in Lyåsa in the middle of the forests of Småland. We spent all our spare time renovating it, until we got our daughter Freja, now one year old. Every day, she shows us what progress is all about. And the renovation is going forward slower than ever…
