Horda.

In the Horda plant we have a extraordinary capacity when it comes to rubber. We are moulding rubber components as well as extruding and shaping hoses mainly for the automotive industry but also for other industry.

We develop the rubber formulas ourselves in our own high tech laboratory. We develop special compounds for every specific need and are constantly working with improving our formulas both for price and performance.

We are particularly proud of our Vamac. It is a material that can cope with tough demands and our Vamac is one of the best in Europe.
EPDM is another speciality of ours. it is also the material that we work the most with. EPDM is impervious to warm water and oxygen, which is why we produce, for instance, rubber bellows for the automotive industry and hoses in EPDM for washing machines.
Our moulding process is under a continous development and we are very proud over our modern machines with 100% automation and tooling that can produce trim free parts.

Our production of hoses is done by extruding and cutting to length. The hoses are  then vulcanised in straight lengths or in special shape on mandrels. Our hose production is characterised by short lead times and low tooling cost.

We also have a high competence prototype shop where we can hand build all different rubber prototypes.
