Bor plant.

The Bor plant produces advanced blow moulded components for the automotive industry as well as other industry and also have a protype shop. We deliver both as a 1:st tier and 2:nd supplier as well as internally to the other parts of the group.

We have 8 blow moulding machines with a volume capacity up to 150 litres and a shot weight up to 5 kg. We are blow moulding plastic in all different shapes and colours and products such as air ducts, connection pipes, bellows and roadside pillars.

We are working with all the materials on the market and are recognised for our good quality, quick response and as an innovative partner.
Our long experience of high demands has made us experts in precision and our repeatability is very high. As a customer You can be sure that all the parts in a series will be the same.

We make use of both 2D and 3D blow moulding in PP and PE as well as more demanding high temperature materials and materials with glass fibre reinforcement. We also use co-polymers of these materials in order to obtain the correct product properties as well as blowmoulding olefin and polyester based TPE. The materials and techniques we use will always depend on what is best suited to any given product. Again this is a task for our skilled development group.

By developing and designing products in co-operation with our customers, we can adapt both the product and its manufacturing to save time and money. This is beneficial for the customer, for us and for the environment. Environmental awareness is a key part in our entire production process and we re-use all waste material.

We also have a prototype workshop with high competence where we can manufacture our own tools and by that cut lead time. Try us!
