Blowmoulding.

Vacuum cleaner tankBlow moulding is the perfect method for producing different kinds of hollow bodies, like shaped pipes, bottles or containers. The start of the process is the extrusion of a semi-molten plastic tube (parison).
The parison can be manipulated in different ways, e.g. sucked through a closed mould, before it is blown out to the inner walls of the mould (3D Suction Blow Moulding). Another ways is to pre-blow the parison and shape it by closing the mould around it (2D or Conventional Blow Moulding).

Plastic pipes The latter production method is suitable for products with flat sections or with large dimensional differences, while the 3D Suction technique is mainly suitable for products with circular cross-sections and is ideal for creating very flexible bellows sections, even for ducts with complex shapes.

We produce in different Engineering Plastics like PA, PBT and PPS, but also various kinds of Thermo Plastic Elastomers (TPE) and Polyolefins.

TetrapakHot Plate and Spin Welding is used to integrate nipples, brackets etc. Components can also be automatically loaded by a robot into the mould for a direct fixation to the blow moulded part.
